Oversized Air Receiver

For safety, the air tank complies with Australian Standard AS 1210. Its oversized capacity maintains a larger air energy reserve that also reduces pressure fluctuation and compressor on / off cycling.

Teco 415 Volt Motor

The MEPS-compliant TEFC motor incorporates pure copper windings for higher efficiency

to reduce your electricity costs. Its heavy-duty, cast iron frame provides IP55 safety protection.

Multiple V-Belts

For extended service life, the Fusheng compressor pumps are fitted with two, three or four

V-belts. Other makes cut costs by using one less V-belt for the same power rating.

Teco Star-Delta Starter

To limit inrush current and supply voltage drop, the 11 kW T75 model is fitted with an industrial grade star-delta motor starter. Its IP66 weatherproof enclosure is screw-locked for safety.

High Pressure

Applications requiring higher-than- normal air pressure of up to 1,200 kPa (175 psi) can select from four Airmac models specially equipped with efficient two-stage Fusheng compressor pumps.

Metal Safety Guard

The all-steel safety guard securely protects the rotating V-belt drive components. Airmac’s traditional metal guard is impact and UV resistant, unlike plastic guards as used by other makes.

Protective Coating System

The attractive and corrosion- resistant paint finish is applied in a thorough four-stage process: Abrasive blast clean; solvent clean; two-pack epoxy prime; and two-pack polyurethane top coat.
