Designed to the highest possible standards and to suit the Australian conditions, the DCT range is the market leading Air Compressor range when quality, performance, efficiency, and reliability are considered.

Manufactured in Italy, the DCT range can operate efficiently in ambient temperatures of up to 50 degrees by utilising the specialised double cooling fans and double air and oil coolers. This in turn lowers the temperature of the air supply to the compressed air dryer, once more increasing efficiency. The radiators have been designed in a vertical position to ensure dust or debris does not settle into the fins.

Features

DCT Transmission Coupling

The DCT range is driven by the unique DCT transmission coupling. This no maintenance coupling is a non-lubricated, flexible polyurethane element and when replacement is required, the design ensures there is no need to remove hubs or realign the motor or pump.

Efficient and Time Saving

The DCT range is designed for efficient and time saving service and maintenance. Equipped with an external motor bearing lubrication point ensures the servicing can be completed at required intervals without removing any panels of the machine.

Ktronic 1000 Controller

The class leading Ktronic 1000 Controller is a standard inclusion with the DCT Air Compressor Range. This multifunctional controller houses many features. A full touch screen display gives access to the programs and functions. The Ktronic1000 has the capacity to offer remote stop-start and auto restart function, weekly start-stop programming, scheduled pressure timing setup, energy power monitoring, RS48 connection for Modbus, network master-slave function for up to 16 units, two stage pressure and temperature monitor, integrated wifi network connection, optional remote monitoring. This fully functional display system will ensure you stay on top of power savings and parameters/maintenance.
