Oversized Air Receiver

For safety, the air tank complies with Australian Standard AS 1210. Its oversized capacity maintains a larger air energy reserve that also reduces pressure fluctuation and compressor on / off cycling.

Teco 240 Volt Motor

The Australian-designed motor incorporates a heavy-duty steel frame and high-efficiency copper windings. Its reliability is enhanced by superior grade
capacitors and long-life bearings.

Dual V-Belts

For extended service life, the larger 2.2 and 2.4 kW models fitted with Fusheng TA-65 or
HTA-65 compressor pumps have two V-belts. Other makes cut costs by using only one V-belt.

Condor Pressure Switch

Founded on German engineering since 1893, Condor pressure switches are world leading. Their superior design and manufacture yields an impressive working life in excess of 100,000 cycles.

Filter-Regulator *

The 5 micron filter removes dirt,
oil and water from the compressed air while the adjustable regulator controls output air pressure.
A Nitto-style hose coupling is fitted to the air outlet port.
* Not included on HT20 & TT40 models.

Metal Safety Guard

The all-steel safety guard securely protects the rotating V-belt drive components. Airmac’s traditional metal guard is impact and UV resistant, unlike plastic guards as used by other makes.

Two or Four Wheels

Airmac two-wheel mounted compressors with extra-long, easy- grip handles are intended for use on soft or uneven ground. The four- wheel models are best suited for use on firm, level surfaces.

Puncture Proof Tyres

All wheel-mounted models are fitted with sturdy puncture proof tyres that require no maintenance. Zinc-plated axles and nylon sleeve or ball bearing hubs minimise rolling friction resistance.

Dual Position Foot Mounts

An innovative and unique wheel mounting bracket design lets you base-mount the compressor for fixed stationary or mobile vehicle applications if required.

Electrical Safety

All Airmac electric compressors are fully compliant with the Australian and New Zealand Wiring Rules to protect users against electric shock, fire and physical injury.
